The Challenge

2e Systems specializes in Web technologies for the travel industry, providing online booking, check in and notification services. When one of their major airline clients, JetBlue, decided to expand their offerings with a multi channel flight status change program, MTI worked closely with 2e to design and implement the IVR component.

The Solution

Providing excellent service means providing communication in whatever modality best suits the caller or callee. 2e and MTI collaborated on a tiered notification system that uses SMS, IVR and email to provide up to the minute flight status data. Now JetBlue uses the system as the primary way to stay in touch with their flight crew and staff, ensuring that they have the latest information on airport facility and flight change details. Clear and timely communication makes all the difference in a dynamic environment.
