The Challenge

The Solution

inVentiv Health partnered with MTI to provide a patient diary IVR system that allows study participants to call in and rate the severity of the symptoms they are experiencing and leave a voice mail message for the clinical staff. Now, these calls can be made at the participant’s convenience, any time of day or night, thanks to the IVR process. This fully HIPAA compliant and audited IVR capability has been deployed to support clinical trials for several major pharmaceutical, biotech and medical products companies. In addition, MTI created a patient enrollment program for them that is used by the study coordinators to register new study participants, assign and manage patient doses, as well as review treatment statistics for both the overall study and the individual patients.
